This right of access is\u00a0 enshrined by the Countryside and Rights of Way Act, although very occasionally the Trustees may close the Lowes for short periods for safety reasons or in order to undertake management work.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Please note the following:<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Access on horseback, mountain bike, motorcycle, quad-bike etc. is not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Dogs should be under\u00a0 close control <strong>AT ALL TIMES<\/strong>. The open areas of heath and wetland are used by animals and birds throughout the year and they should not be disturbed<\/p>\n<p><strong>All<\/strong> Dogs <strong>must be on a short lead<\/strong> between April 1st and August 31st for the breeding season.
